We attended the RexPo23 conference, titled ‘THE 2ND INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON SYSTEMS MEDICINE, AI & DRUG REPURPOSING,’ held on October 25-26, 2023, in Stockholm, Sweden.
As a silver sponsor of the 2nd International Conference on Systems Medicine, AI & Drug Repurposing in Stockholm, part of the RExPo23 series and the REPO4EU project, we proudly presented our work. Our focus was on integrating diverse data sources for network medicine, highlighting the complexity of biological systems and the efficacy of causal graphs in personalized medicine. We featured bigRing™, a no-code platform in our use case on C9orf72-mediated ALS. Our use of bigRing™ for analysis uncovered the potential of metformin as a treatment, showcasing the platform’s capability in drug repurposing and advancing therapeutic approaches.
